Support Services
We provide support service to any business with an ISO 9001 certificate, not just ISO KIT® customers. Whether you need a helpline for your questions, queries or clarification on the standard, internal audits completing and scheduling, assistance with your management review, attendance at compliance audits or induction and refresher training, our ISO KIT® Plus support services have 6 standard packages to choose from with a range of options to create a support package for your specific needs at a fixed monthly fee.
What is ISO 9001?
Also known as BS EN ISO 9001:2008 (formally BS EN ISO 9001:2000). ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems (QMS). A quality management system is a set of procedures and policies for a company that provides a framework to which they operate. This includes many aspects of the business operation such as procedures for supplier selection and monitoring, document control, production, product testing, the company quality policy, quality objectives and much more.
ISO KIT®
ISO KIT® is a product that has been designed, developed and authored by High Edge Consulting Ltd to assist any business achieve ISO 9001 quality system certification. Contained within in ISO KIT® are a variety of tried and tested tools to help guide you through setting up a quality management system for your business. Everything you need to implement ISO 9001 quickly and successfully is included in ISO KIT®. Support is provided as standard by our experienced consultants and further consultancy is available as an additional option if required.
You can choose to set up your quality management system yourself using the included tools and step by step handbook, we can do it for you or we can write a bespoke quality management system to your own specification. Depending upon your needs, there are four kits to choose from: ISO KIT® 1, ISO KIT® 2, ISO KIT® 3 and ISO KIT® 4. All ISO KIT® products come with a ISO 9001 compliance guarantee.
The ISO KIT® range of products also include ISO KIT® Plus for support and service once you have established your Quality System and received your certificate. ISO KIT® Plus will assist in keeping your quality system on track and provide you with on going support when you need it.
