We aim to make all our customers feel special by providing a personal service to you. Your consultant is your main point of contact and will answer all those queries you have or if you just need to know something. Your consultant is usually available during their working day.
Availability
Sometimes you just need something done at very short notice. We reserve one day a week for your administrative needs, so if you need assistance immediately we can often start working for you the same week or within 5-10 working days.
Telephone and E-mail Support
You have direct contact with your consultant having both their mobile and landline numbers. You can call them when you need them even if it is just to answer a quick question for you. We do not believe that when the consultant leaves your premises their job is done. Many customers require on going support once a project has come to a conclusion and we offer several support packages allowing for different levels of support whether it be for telephone consultancy for one hour a month to more classic support of monthly meetings and consultancy. We endeavour to answer your telephone calls quickly and respond to e-mails within 24 hours.
