ISO KIT™ 2 provides all the benefits and tools of ISO KIT™ 1 with the additional benefit of consultancy. If you need to implement an ISO 9001 quality system into your business but lack experience or are a complete novice, ISO KIT™ 2 can provide the solution. With ISO KIT™ and three consultancy support visits you will quickly gain the confidence to build your own quality system.

Our consultant will commence the implementation process with you at your premises ensuring your selected staff start off in the right direction. Staff continue by following our step by step handbook and customise our templates and pro-formas. When you are half way through the process, our consultant will visit you again to assess your progress and the work you have carried out. The consultant will offer any support that you require and give pointers if there is any room for improvement. Our consultants final visit is before your certification audit and they will ensure you are ready for it by carrying out a mock audit. This has the additional benefit of preparing your staff for the certification audit so they know what to expect.

With ISO KIT™ 2 you still implement ISO 9001 into your company and to your own timescales.  You receive telephone and e-mail support throughout your implementation and have the option to purchase a discounted service agreement for continued support once you gain your ISO 9001 certificate from any UKAS accreditation body. As with all ISO KIT™ products, ISO KIT™ 2 comes with a compliance guarantee.
