ISO KIT^® Plus

Once you have implemented ISO 9001 and received your certificate, you will need to start maintaining your quality system. Items such as completing audits in line with your schedule, amending procedures as processes change, managing corrective and preventative actions, instigating continual improvements, monitoring your Key Performance Indicators etc all have to be attended to. ISO KIT^® Plus offers all companies support and services for maintaining their ISO 9001 quality system. Whether you need advice, hands on help or resource to catch up on your internal audits, assistance with your Management Review, training or help on establishing the shape of your quality system and it’s future, ISO KIT^® Plus can do this for you. With standard packages and add on options, you can create a support package to meet your exact requirements.

All our ISO KIT^® Plus support packages come with telephone and e-mail support allowing you to ask questions and receive comments from quality system professionals without the fear of incurring additional costs. You receive the input from a professional without having to pay a professional’s salary. For some companies this is all the support they require but for many, hands on support is required and ISO KIT^® Plus can fulfil this need.

Frequently internal audits fall behind schedule and there is a catch up before the certification body compliance audit. We can assist you with resource in this area and then facilitate you in keeping them on track in the future. Other companies are content to maintain their quality systems themselves on a day to day basis but need assistance and resource with the annual Management Review and annual compliance audit. Training of staff in ISO 9001 is very important yet your staff may lack the skills and possibly the knowledge to deliver such a course internally within the business. ISO KIT^® Plus can provide all the key elements for maintaining your ISO 9001 system.

All ISO KIT^® Plus support packages are paid monthly for a minimum of 12 months. Once you have selected the right package for you, we can give you a monthly figure, allowing you to budget our support services over a whole year.

Retainers

If ISO KIT^® Plus is not right for you as you require even more hands on expertise with the day to day maintenance of your quality system, without employing an additional member of staff, we also offer retainers. Our retainers are frequently used to provide virtual Quality Managers or part time Quality Managers, starting from just 6 days per year right up to a weekly requirement and they can be used on a call off basis for any purpose in maintaining your quality system. *Mileage at 50p per mile is charged for all visits. Other charges incurred such as overnight accommodation, car park fee, fares etc, will be recharged at cost.

These are available as full days only and include audit reports. Our auditor will carry out as many internal audits as you require or as many as can be completed in the time allocated.

As for internal audits auditing a single supplier of yours.

-+ Pre Compliance Audit

A mock audit before the real one to give you a chance to identify non-conformances and rectify them before your Certification Body audit.

-+ Certification Body Compliance Audit

Our Quality Systems Consultant will support you and your staff through your compliance audit.

-+ Management Review Preparation

Assisting you with the preparation of your annual management review, our Quality Systems Consultant will help you define your aims and objectives, review data collected over the last year, analyse targets, etc.

-+ Attendance at Management Review

Our Quality Systems Consultant can attend your annual review to provide guidance and answer any queries throughout the meeting.

-+ Management Review Minutes and Repots

Following their attendance at your management review, our Quality Systems Consultant will produce minutes of the meeting and report documentation as required.

-+ Induction Training

We will provide a half day course with accompanying notes introducing new staff to ISO 9001, quality systems and the importance of them in your business. Each attendee will receive a certificate of training on completion for their file. This course is for up to 15 people.

-+ Refresher Training

We will provide a half day training course to re-emphasise the importance of ISO 9001 in your business to existing staff. Each attendee will receive handouts to accompany the training and a certificate of training for their file on completion. This course is for up to 15 people.
