Whether you need a helpline for your questions, queries or clarification on the standard, internal audits completing and scheduling, assistance with your management review, attendance at compliance audits or induction and refresher training, our ISO KIT® Plus support services have 6 standard packages to choose from with a range of options to create a support package for your specific needs at a fixed monthly fee.
What is ISO 9001?
Also known as BS EN ISO 9001:2008 (formally BS EN ISO 9001:2000). ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems (QMS). A quality management system is a set of procedures and policies for a company that provides a framework to which they operate. This includes many aspects of the business operation such as procedures for supplier selection and monitoring, document control, production, product testing, the company quality policy, quality objectives and much more.
